FAQ's

How long is a Personal Training session?
Unless otherwise arranged each session is one hour long and includes a warm up and a post-workout stretch.

What does a session consist of?
Everyone is an individual and therefore the sessions are catered to each client as their needs and goals dictate. There are various techniques that I use including, but not limited to; strength training, isometrics, plyometrics, flexibility and stability training, endurance and sport specific training.

How much does a session cost?
My prices are very competitive, ranging from $70/hr to $120/hr depending on the session package that best suits your goals and the time of day we train.

Where do you train?
I work from locations all over New York City. I try to find the most convenient location for the client.

Do you do group sessions?
Generally I work one-on-one with my clients, but I can work with groups of 2 or 3 people. Prices will vary depending on the amount of people.

I have some old injuries, am I able to train with you?
I am continually studying my craft and stress safety first whenever I work with somebody. I have worked with many people with a variety of injuries and cater the workout to strengthen any weaknesses while protecting the injured area.

I am on certain medications, am I able to train with you?
I recommend you get a doctor's note before starting any exercise regime, but scientific studies have proven that exercise is one of the best ways to lower blood pressure, cholesterol and stave off diabetes and heart disease.

I have a great deal of weight to lose, how long will it take to lose it?
The first time I meet someone I do an assessment, this will help us to determine a realistic time frame for reaching your goals. There is no set routine for exercise, results will vary depending on your age, fitness level and dedication to our workouts together. I will give 100% to our time together and hope to receive the same from my clients.

Do you deal with Nutrition?
Absolutely. Nutrition is a key element in living a healthy and balanced life. It is also a vital part in reaching your fitness and strength goals. I believe food is one of the true joys in life, but often it can be the downfall of a well intentioned fitness plan, for this reason I discuss nutrition throughout my time with a client.
