Testimonials

My training sessions with Hannah Roth were an experience that I will carry with me for many years to come. She motivated me to strive for greater heights in my workout regimens. When I began with Hannah I didn't have much confidence or energy. She began to train with me 3 times a week for about 10 weeks. During that time she made me sweat, always asked about my eating habits, but most importantly put a smile on my face. I always looked forward to my training sessions with Hannah because she didn’t make it feel like the worst thing in the world. She reshaped my body and that offered me the ability to have confidence when I walked down the street. I was saddened when our sessions came to an end not only because I was losing my trainer, but also because I felt like I made a wonderful friend. I would recommend her as a trainer to anyone, and if the chance presented itself I would definitely go back to her. Having Hannah as a trainer was a wonderful experience that I would recommend anyone to jump at the chance for.

Hannah...you were the force that got me going again and motivated me to keep going...even now at the gym I think about the form you taught me and it helps me do things right, even on my own. Thanks for that...I was lucky to have found you!"

I joined a gym with the intention of slimming down, but my only experience with fitness was aerobic exercises such as spinning, pilates classes and the treadmill. Shortly afterwards I was introduced to Hannah Roth who would soon become my trainer for 9 months and change my world. I had never considered getting a trainer as I figured I knew how to exercise. I had an extensive background in cycling and running (15+ yrs), but working with Hannah ended up being the best decision I ever made, even better than joining the gym. Her level of enthusiasm, expertise and determination to help me reach my goals really helped make the time we spent training enjoyable. The best part of getting a trainer is that they have the responsibility of getting you to your goals and pushing you to it, especially when you don’t have the desire to go in on some days. A gym can also seem intimating and unclear as to where to start, even with basic weight lifting in my case. Hannah educated me about the many misconceptions I had. For instance, it isn't about the number on the scale, but rather about the percentage of lean muscle mass compared to fat. And it isn't just about reaching your goal, but about maintaining it after reaching it. What makes Hannah different is, her passion for fitness, good humor and her allowance to apply a grain of salt when needed. She is not a drill sergeant unless you want her to be, but her professionalism will ensure that you reach your goals.

After 6 months of working with her I ran the US Army 10 miler in Washington, D.C. which I initially never intended to do, but after losing so much around my waist I felt I could tackle anything. After 9 months I lost 4 inches off my waist, looked so slim and had a grin on my face wherever I went. Not to mention checking myself out every chance I could. They say a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips, but inches off the hips will give you years of joy, confidence and make you years younger.

Thanks Hannah for everything,
